THQ sent word that the rumors of a new UFC game were true and announced UFC 2009 Undisputed. The new game will feature a brand new game engine and advanced collision detection. The fan base of UFC has grown and if they can do it right this is great news for fans of the sport. UFC 2009 Undisputed is slated for a Spring 09 release for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

In case you’re interested and are still counting the days until Spore is released. EA is offering a free trail version of their Spore Creature Creator for MAC and PC owners. The trail version is available starting today and will give gamers an idea of the creatures you can create. The full version is in stores today so give it a try and then go out and get your copy. 2K announced that an enhanced version of the hit game BioShock is being made for the PS3 console. The new enhanced version is slated for an October release date. Gamers have seen an exclusive title head over to another system before. However the rules have changed a long time ago Exclusive meant “6” months or more to one console. Then the war heated up and exclusive titles meant having to own a certain console in order to play that game or franchise.

I don’t like to speculate or spread rumors but when I see a trend or move I feel I have to post about it. BioShock may be the start of the end of exclusive titles made by third party developers. If you think about it most companies want their title to reach as many people as possible. Now I know that there will always be certain in house titles from Microsoft and Sony that will remain on their consoles only. I wanted to post this to let you comment on it are the days of exclusive titles seeing their end?

It seems that fans of both South Park and Rock Band on the Xbox 360 will get treated to a nice surprise if they purchase the 11th season of the show on DVD. The DVD set will include a 3-song download for the Xbox 360 version. There are not many details at the moment, what songs will be included is still a mystery as well as what method will be used to distribute them after the set is purchased. Chances are either a code included with the set, or directly from one of the discs in the set. [via TV Squad]

Sega has released a demo for the upcoming Iron Man game. It is already available free on the Xbox Live Marketplace. Xbox 360 users get to play the demo before Playstation 3 users as the demo is not available yet on the Playstation Store. The demo will set you back around 644 MB, but it should be worth it. I am downloading it myself as I write this. You should also find yourself prompted to a small Xbox Live update when you sign in today, however, Major Nelson has posted on Twitter that it does not add features, but prepares for future growth of the service.
